Q. How do I order the study and how do I get started?
A. Once the contract between F&S and the client is signed, the client receives a Welcome Kit and an F&S service team member reviews the implementation process with key client staff members. The first step is for F&S to do a technical consultation with the client to ensure that the clients VPN is installed and images can be transmitted. Our radiologists and RTs then work with the client to optimize protocols to maximize patient throughput. Then the client is trained on how to order interpretation services and how they will receive reports. Then the whole process is tested prior to go live. Clients have the option of receiving reports directly via auto fax, Web-based access, or CD-ROM, or we can also distribute directly to referrers.
