Fred Binstock, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Fred Binstock serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Binstock is responsible for the finance functions of the company, including banking relationships, accounting, billing, legal and credentialing activities. Kelly Martinelli, Vice President of Professional Services RT (R) (MR) Ms. Martinelli is responsible for all aspects of F&S client implementation, management and support services. Additionally, she is responsible for developing and managing the many operational and workflow processes at F&S as well as overseeing the F&S radiology network, RT and help desk staff. Ms. Martinelli has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently with Alliance Imaging, where she held many positions throughout her 15-year tenure. Jeffrey Davies, Vice President of Sales Mr. Jeff Davies is responsible for new client acquisition strategies, including direct sales activities and new business development through industry partner channels. Christine Boehm, Vice President of Marketing In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Boehm is responsible for strategic marketing planning and positioning, brand development, public relations, and all aspects of communications.
