F&S serves 100+ imaging center clients with a variety of coverage options and value-added services. The high quality subspecialty reports enables our clients to increase the level of service they provide to referring physicians. This opens the door to many new markeitng opportunities. One of the most valuable services we provide is our marketing and account management support. Many of our clients utilize our complimentary marketing tools in order to target new referring physicians. We also help our clients develop custom marketing programs as well. Below are some of our imaging center client success stories:

CMI is a single Imaging Center Site located in Royal Oak, MI, providing MR and CT services to the Detroit metro market. CMI contracted with F&S to cost effectively staff with multiple subspecialty radiologists. It previously had a single general radiologist on site and still uses a local radiologist for supervision coverage when needed. CMI has been able to reduce its report turnaround time by 100%, increase scan volume, and even quadruple orthopedic referral volume due to the high quality, clinically focused reports. CMI has gained leading market share in the MRI podiatry market, growing from 5% to 60%. Specific marketing activities have included a direct mailer promoting the F&S subspecialty radiology services, a MRI podiatry lecture to the Detroit Podiatric Association by an F&S radiologist and utilization of F&S sample reports and bios.

Lighthouse Diagnostic Imaging is a single site imaging center located in Lone Tree, CO, serving the South Denver market. LDI provides multi-modality scanning services, via a single owner/radiologist on staff, Dr. Mark Forte, who specializes in general radiology. LDI’s referring market required U.S.-based/trained neuroradiologists with CAQs and fellowship-trained musculoskeletal specialists. Dr. Forte established a relationship with F&S to cost effectively tap into neuro and MSK expertise when needed or to handle overflow. This enables him to handle the cases he enjoys doing more efficiently. The high quality detailed reports, and proactive, collaborative consultations with referrers has enabled Lighthouse Diagnostic Imaging to increase its neuro, spine and musculoskeletal imaging as well as help Dr. Forte compete effectively with large radiology groups in the Denver market. Marketing tools utilized were F&S sample reports and radiologist bios.

"In order to offset losses from DRA cuts in reimbursements and to increase our referrals and market share, it made sense to utilize a subspecialty teleradiology model that is more cost-effective than hiring full-time multi subspecialist positions who would probably be underutilized at times. OM Medical Imaging (OMI) is a 10-site imaging center chain located in Weston, FL, serving primarily the South Florida market. OMI provides MR and CT scanning services. After managing multiple contracted radiologists for several years, OMI decided to utilize F&S services to cost effectively provide multi-subspecialty radiology expertise on staff while turning over the radiologist management and administrative responsibilities to F&S. This enabled OMI management to focus more on growing the business and continuing to expand patient and referrer services. Utilizing F&S has resulted in a more consistent level of service and report quality for OMI’s referring physicians. Report turnaround is now under eight hours and report volume has increased by 20 scans per day. F&S has supported OMI with several marketing efforts, including the development of a sell sheet, breast MR flyer, sales team training, attendance at a physician dinner and customized sample reports and radiologist bios.

"OMI was challenged with decreasing report turnaround time and finding subspecialty radiologists to interpret our increasing specialty case load. Our report turnaround time was running 48 – 72 hours when we selected F&S. We were able to tap into their large network with subspecialty expertise and our results have been extremely positive. After the first month with F&S our report turnaround time decreased to 14 hours and now is averaging about 7 - 10 hours on routine cases. This is a decrease of about 85%. Our referring physicians are very happy with the quality of the reports, and the extensiveness of subspecialty radiology expertise available to us has created many new referral opportunities, enabling us to be more competitive in our market. Our business has also benefited from the consultation calls that the F&S radiologists make to our referring physicians. Their calls are timely and informative and have had a positive impact on the referrals we are receiving from our community. Physicians Imaging is a five site, multi-modality imaging center chain headquartered in Mt. Dora, FL, with sites in FL and LA. PI’s strategy is to operate in rural areas underserved by radiology practices. This enables PI to launch its sites with advanced imaging technology coupled with high quality subspecialty radiology interpretations in order to quickly capture leading market share. F&S provides the full scope of subspecialty teleradiology services for PI including Cardiac CTA. Through its high quality, clinically specific reports, F&S has enabled PI to gain a competitive advantage over the other imaging providers, as well as gain a steady stream of growing referrals in each of its new site locations. Marketing programs utilized were multiple physician educational lecture dinners on MR imaging, collateral tools such as an F&S overview brochure and detailed information on the Subspecialty Radiology Network, report samples and radiologist bios.

TMI MRI & Associates (TMI) is a single-site imaging center located in Sylvania, OH, serving Toledo and Detroit markets. TMI offers MR, CT and X-ray scanning services, and contracted with F&S to gain cost-effective access to multiple subspecialty radiologists. Through marketing program support such as physician lectures to spine surgeons and podiatrists, a custom-developed neuroradiology direct mailer , utilization of sample reports, and radiologists bios, F&S has enabled TMI to promote its subspecialty differentiation and increase referrals by 15%. An industry article in Enterprise Imaging magazine describes the client experience.
