Software requirements

The minimum software requirements for viewing the presentation include the following:

Flash Player 6,0,79 or later (Get Flash Now). Click to test, and download if you don't have it on your system.

About the Player


Window Size	Once you launch the player, it opens the presentation in a new window. You can adjust the size of the window by dragging at the border of the window. The text and slide scale to fill the window accordingly. We recommend that you maximize the window for best viewing.

Audio Playback	Audio starts automatically from the first slide and continues to play until it reaches the end. You may pause the audio anytime by clicking at the pause button. Click on it again to continue the audio. Other audio options are shown below:

Navigation and viewing options	Besides using the audio control buttons to go to different slides, you can go to a specific slide by clicking an slide title on the index located at the left pane of the window. You can view the index by Outline or Thumbnail. Click the tab at the top of the table of content to access the preferred view (See below). You can hide the index by clicking at the lower right corner. Click it a few more times to bring the index back.

Other Options	You can search by keywords and go directly to the slide with specific keywords. Search tab is located at the top of the index. (See the screen capture above.) You can download a PDF version of the slides from Attachments pane. To open the Attachments pane, click at the upper right corner of the window.
